Kyle Takes in a Ballgame

I went to see the Tigers get whooped, then come back to tie the game, and then lose last night with Dee's family. We then went to Greektown casino for a few hours. I turned $20 into $29, and then $19, and finally $9. It was a flip-floppy evening.

The Detroit Techno Festival is officially on for memorial day weekend. The linup is stellar, as always, although they're charging entrance this year to curb the cost of putting it on. I'm a fan of the fee, by and large, even if it means I only go one day 'cause I don't want to pay $10 to hear acts that I've heard before. It'll keep the festival running and steer the rambling idiots away from the shows. This is a good thing--it's always been far too crowded, especially during any hip-hop acts, and I think I saw 3 fights last year. That's not the techno-love that I'm talking about, no sir.
